General Pricing & Availability

• Minimum 4-hour reservation with full payment due at time of reservation.  
• Wedding reservations will include a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee. 
• Other reservations will include a $50 refundable cleaning fee if requirements are met.
• Bartender fee $50 plus $200 minimum alcohol sales.
• Table linens installed for $200 - balanced mixture of 6ft rectangle & 5 ft round tables.

         Weekend Weddings starting at $2,500  (Saturday or Sunday available 7am through 3am)

         Small events and meetings $500 - 1/2 day (available 7am through 3pm or 4pm through 11pm)

         Small events and meetings $800 - full day (available 7am through 11pm)
