General Pricing & Availability

Wedding reservations will include a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Other reservations will include a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Bartender fee $50 plus $250 minimum alcohol sales.
Table linens installed for $200 - balanced mixture of 6 ft rectangle & 5 ft round tables. We do not guarantee pressing and/or steaming. If you prefer a crisp, steamed table covering, please consider bringing a portable steamer to use during set-up.
Depending on availability, we offer night before decorating and preparation for $300 (3-hrs).
If you require more than 3-hrs, you will be required to pay the half day fee of $500.
Events, retreats and meetings $600 - half day available (7am through 3pm) or (4pm through 11pm).
Events, retreats and meetings $1000 - full day (available 7am through 11pm).
The venue closes at midnight unless you make prior arrangements for additional time ($100 hrly).
