Yep, we've got rules:

Please take all items from the refrigerator prior to leaving.
Please clean all crumbs and spilled food prior to leaving.
Please ensure the coffee pot is clean and ready for use prior to leaving.
Please be respectful and put garbage in the bins prior to leaving.
No live candles or fireworks FOR ANY OCCASION. We have a sprinkler system that is very sensitive.
Please clean up any glitter prior to leaving.
Unlawful behavior, hate speech, smoking, and bullying, are all forbidden. You and/or your guests may be asked to leave if you do not follow this condition.
Client must be in control of their guests at all times; client is responsible for the actions of their guests.
Absolutely NO outside alcohol permitted in our venue as required by the Laws of the State of Indiana. You and/or your guests may be asked to leave if you do not follow this condition.
Under age drinking will NOT be tolerated.
Upon payment of your reservation, you agree to the preceding terms and conditions.

Our event space is located in a prime location, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of on-site dedicated parking. We are also surrounded by many shopping destinations, popular restaurants and entertainment venues. We are within 1/2 mile of Nexus Park & Circle K Fieldhouse. The exterior is well maintained with easy access from 25th Street or Hawcreek Boulevard. Schedule a visit to check us out!

Refund Policy

All sales are final - NO REFUNDS!
We may be able to reschedule your event depending on availability.
Reservation down payments approved by management are always non-refundable in the event of a cancelation.
